Uplifting Morning Routine (May 6 - May 31, 2024)
Are you ready to feel great about the day ahead of you? Feeling grounded, energized and refreshed to kickstart your day?
The 'Transformational Morning Routine' with Julie Richer is a perfect way to start your day with a combination of gentle movement (Qigong) and sharing with open-minded and heart centered women. It'll offer you the space and time to connect with you true self, your body, and an expert to consciously start your day.
In our 50-minute morning routine you will:
Connect with your breath to reset your nervous system
Wake up your body with movement
Get rid of tension with standing stretches
Activate your internal energy for great body functioning
Calm your mind, feel centered and more grounded
Discover the transformation you are meant to experience
Weekday mornings we will do the routine LIVE with me on Zoom together 3 days a week and 2 days will be recordings available to you. If you miss one, no problem. Just press play on the recordings/replays on your own time when you’re ready to start your day. Recordings will be available for all five weekdays for you to play anytime.

MORNING ROUTINE INFO
- 50-minute uplifting VIRTUAL morning routine sessions 5 days a week for 4 weeks (May 6th - May 31st)
- LIVE sessions will run on Zoom at 7am ET on Mon, Weds, Fri
- Recordings will be provided Tues + Thurs
- Recordings will also be available daily following the routine so you can practice at the time that works best for you!
